Akihabara Cosplay is the standard when it comes to making beautiful cosplay costumes. Each costume is made with precision, detail, and care. Because of the lengthy process, hard work, and high cost involved in tailoring each order, Akihabara Cosplay does not offer refunds for its orders.

However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your order provided that all measurements are correct, images were conveyed correctly (side, front, back, and detail), and all special instructions given to us by you were adequately noted prior to your order, we will happily remake the costume(s) for you at no additional cost.

Any changes or issues to costumes where customers do not specify instructions prior to their order will be subject to surcharges.

SHIPPING

Akihabara Cosplay currently does not charge shipping for its items and ships worldwide.

Customers have the option of upgrading their shipping at the time of purchase in which case any/all manner of expedited or insured shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Akihabara Cosplay is responsible for any damages incurred in the shipping process excluding wigs.
